Introducing STAGE TWO

STAGE TWO is a departure from the Artist Series, and will feature fantastic performances that are not in the standard "recital or chamber music" format. There are two MATINEE CONCERTS on Sunday afternoons at 3 pm.

And STAGE TWO opens the 2009 festival with a performance on May 10 by the renowned a capella vocal ensemble TACTUS. The concert Shakespeare's Music:  Rhyme & Reason will include lute, violin and two actors.

And for something bold and brassy, STAGE TWO's concert on May 17 will be the dazzling all-trombone ensemble, SLIDE BY SLIDE in Spirited to the Bone.

In future seasons, STAGE TWO will be the place to explore new musical possibilities. Enjoy!
